What is an advisory hour?


Ever called a friend, a successful entrepreneur, or a lawyer or a bookkeeper to inform yourself on a topic….?

Well, most of people you might know, contact a consultant. But, there is an actual difficulty in contacting a consultant:

  1. Usually, a consultant’s analysis is costly, timely if they are to do it right, and not necessarily includes legal details
  2. A Consultant takes care of your business, not you legal standpoint personally, as an entrepreneur


An Advisor, however, usually works for a company permanently, which means, they follow closely the situation on a regular basis – but, they also follow the whole market. Contacting an advisor is both, less costly, and implies that:


  1. All the questions you need answered, will be answered dully and with a non transferral of details anywhere (non-disclosure clause)
  2. All of your questions can be answered in your case – different from “on the market usually” or “my friend once had..” Situations where you can’t be sure if the legal remedy would work for you
  3. An Advisor is both legally and economically specialised, which means all of business endeavours, including revisions and taxes, with all the legal endeavours including personal economic standpoint and insurance – are usually the first business of an advisor, not that of a consultant
  4. An Advisor can be asked to dedicate time, and not necessarily be permanently engaged (not impossible, but unnecessary, since a legal professional does completely different things), but every once and then – running a diagnostics on your business can be useful on the long run, and helpful if anything goes out of control to have a legal aid that can react.
